The "Investee" Social Networking Service Website (hereafter referred to as "INVESTEE") is managed & operated by Investee Investment (China)
Limited. (hereafter referred to as "Jufu Ltd.") By completing the registration process, users have entered into an agreement with Jufu Ltd. and accept all
Terms & Conditions.
INVESTEE reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Any modifications will be stated on the
relevant pages. Users have the right to stop using the service if they do not accept the Terms & Conditions. By using INVESTEE, users agree to these
Terms & Conditions, and are Users of INVESTEE (hereafter referred to as "Users").
Considering the borderless nature of the Internet, Users agree to follow all the local laws and regulations applicable, including but not limited to the
laws and regulations in connection with online behavior and content distribution. Users agree to abide by all the applicable data transmission laws
and regulations when Users transfer technical data worldwide.
Particularly, Users agree to abide by any and all the related Chinese laws and regulations, including but not limited to Contract Law, Copyright Law and its implementing regulations, Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People′s Congress on Preserving Computer Network Security, Law
on Guarding State Secrets, the Telecommunication Statute, the Computer Information Security Protection System Regulations, Administration of
Internet Electronic Messaging Services Provisions. Users also agree to be fully responsible for any behaviors and the any possible result due to the
misuse of Users’ account and password in this or that way. In any case, should INVESTEE have reasons to conclude that any of Users’ behaviors,
including but not limited to any of Users’ words and other behaviors, have violated or may violate any of the above mentioned laws and regulations,
the service offered by INVESTEE will be immediately terminated at any time without prior notice.
This service is not available to minors under the age of 18 or Users who have been suspended or banned for any reason. Users cannot own more
than one active account at any time. In addition, Users shall not sell, resell, or transfer their INVESTEE account to a third party. If Users do not meet
these prerequisites, Users are not allowed to use the services.
INVESTEE is governed by these Terms & Conditions. INVESTEE reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason without prior notice.
When applying for web services from INVESTEE, Users agree to use their real names during registration as well as to provide true, accurate, updated
and complete personal information (hereafter referred to as “Registration Information”) as required. Users should update the above Registration
Information as soon as possible to maintain its accuracy. In the event of any wrong, false or incomplete information, items which are suspected wrong,
false or incomplete by INVESTEE or if Users advertise, share irrelevant information in Users’ profile, INVESTEE has the right to edit, suspend or
terminate Users’ account. INVESTEE may refuse Users’ use of the services in whole or in part now and in future.
Once Users are registered and becomes legal users of INVESTEE, they will have a registered email address and a password which they set for
themselves. Users are responsible for keeping their account and password information safely, and are responsible for all the activities and events
under their usernames. If Users knowingly offer Users’ account information and password to a third party, Users’ account will be suspended or
terminated. If Users discover unauthorized use of their account information and password, or any other case of security flaw, they should report it to
INVESTEE immediately. INVESTEE is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from Users’ violation of the rules of service.
During the registration process of INVESTEE, Users should provide true personal information, and regularly update the Registration Information.
INVESTEE is not responsible for any problems or consequences resulting from false Registration Information.
While using INVESTEE, Users shall abide by the relevant state laws and regulations. Users shall not, using INVESTEE platform, release illegal
contents threatening the state security and/or constituting sex and violence. In addition, Users shall not publish contents that are false, harmful,
threatening, and invasive of another’s privacy, harassing, abusive, defamatory, and vulgar or other morally objectionable content.
INVESTEE has the
right to delete content that violates the laws and regulations of the state or violates legal rights of any third party.
INVESTEE shall not be used for commercial purposes unless Users have a signed contract with INVESTEE. INVESTEE reserves the right to delete any content posted by Users that INVESTEE at its sole discretion determines to be for commercial purposes.
It is forbidden to use robot scripts or other automatic systems to create and/or operate accounts.
Users who affect the general stability or operation of INVESTEE may be suspended or terminated until the issue is resolved.
INVESTEE does not claim ownership of the materials Users provide to INVESTEE (including feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input or
submit to INVESTEE (collectively “Submissions”). However, by posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting Users’ Submission Users are
granting INVESTEE a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, fully paid, assignable right and license to reproduce, repurpose, use, store, modify, edit, translate, distribute or make available any portion or portions of Users’ Submissions as INVESTEE sees fit in any medium, now known or
hereafter developed, for any purpose whatsoever, subject only to the terms set forth in these Terms & Conditions. No compensation will be paid with
respect to the use of Users’ Submission, as provided herein. INVESTEE is under no obligation to post or use any Submission Users may provide
and may remove any Submission at any time at INVESTEE’ s sole discretion. By posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting Users’
Submission Users warrant and represent that Users own or otherwise control all of the rights to Users’ Submission as described in this section
including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for Users to provide, post, upload, input or submit the Submissions. INVESTEE and its individual
Partners assume no responsibility for the deletion, the inability, or failure to store Users’ Submissions.
INVESTEE provides Users with online services including social networking, online discussions, establishing connections and various information
tools (hereafter referred to as the “Service”). Unless otherwise stated, new products, new features and enhancements shall be subject to the Terms & Conditions. Users understand and agree that the Service provides according to the current state. INVESTEE is not responsible for the timeliness,
deletion, transmission errors, unsaved changes or any other issues with regard to User communications or personal settings. INVESTEE reserves the right to suspend any part of the Service for routine maintenance, upgrades or other purposes without prior notice. To use this Service, Users should
use Users’ own legally qualified internet service provider to get internet access at Users’ own expense. In addition, Users should provide and be
responsible for all the equipment necessary for internet access, including computer, modem, or other any other access device.
INVESTEE respects Users’ privacy, and will never publicize, edit, or disclose non-public information to third parties, unless in the following
cases:
Users agree to receive messages sent by INVESTEE to the email address Users used when registering on INVESTEE, as well as allow INVESTEE to
use Users’ name and/or email as the subject line in the messages Users send on INVESTEE.
If the Service needs to be suspended due to system maintenance or the upgrade of services, INVESTEE will post a notification on the website as early as possible.
In the event of any of the following, INVESTEE reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s account without prior notice:
The Jufu Ltd. Will not reimburse users of any advanced payment except that The Jufu Ltd. shut down the INVESTEE SNS Website and terminated the
paid services on its own initiative.
Users are fully responsible for any illegal or infringement act undertaken by Users in the name of INVESTEE. Any losses to INVESTEE and the third
party shall fully be borne by the Users themselves.
INVESTEE has the right to delete content that violates the laws and regulations of the state or violates legal rights of any third party, and is entitled to
suspend or terminate the user’s account.
INVESTEE logo, as well as other INVESTEE products and services are the trademark of Jufu Ltd (hereafter referred to as “INVESTEE Trademark”).
Without prior written consent from Jufu Ltd, Users agree not to display or use the INVESTEE Trademark in any way, and agree not to indicate Users
have the right to display or use the INVESTEE Trademark, including, but not limited to, events, recruitment drives, business invitations, commercial
operations and all other profitable and non-profitable activities.
