The “Investee” SNS Website intends to provide a convenient & effective platform for global entrepreneurs, executives, financial circles, lawyers,
accountants and other professionals to communicate and cooperate. Particularly, the Website is dedicated to bridging and matching investors and
investees worldwide.
Besides profile registration, contacts management, group moderation and microblog etc, the Investee Website also provides
“Projects”, “Capital”, “Events” and “Job” to facilitate users to distribute and share the information in connection with investment projects, investment intentions, events and job opportunities.
“PROJECTS” Should you start up your own business and seek investment, or raise fund for the development of your company, both equity investment and debt investment, you may post the investment projects here.
“CAPITAL” Should you have capital available for investment, either equity investment or debt investment, and look for investment opportunities, you
may release your investment intentions here.
“EVENTS” Should you hold business events and want to invite participants, you may release the event information here.
“JOBS” Should you recruit high-ranking employees, you may put the job opportunities here.

On Investee, you can enrich your business profile by filling in details of your professional experience, educational background, expertise, interests, and so on to allow your connections to know you better as a professional, as well as form lasting relationships with them.
2. Investee is a highly effective channel for establishing quality connections
Meeting random people at real life networking sessions fails to give you a clear understanding of how big your social network can actually be. On
Investee, you will experience first-hand how powerful your social network actually is. Not only will you be able to control and manage your connections,
but also watch how your network grows exponentially on Investee.
3. Investee is a powerful tool for achieving quality opportunities
Once you build your social network on Investee, you can utilize the powerful search function to explore qualified professionals, meet potential business partners, and get career advancement opportunities. Participate actively in Investee groups to stay in touch with latest information, exchange ideas, talk about future developments and so on. In short, the more you tap into the potential of your social network, the more business resources you will obtain,
thereby allowing you to achieve valuable business opportunities.
Investee members use real identities. Investee advocates the use of your real identity to set up your network of connections, thereby creating a
trustworthy business networking environment. For all Investee members, we require the use of real names and genuine personal information.
Investee protects your privacy. Investee attaches great importance to the privacy and safety of its members. Investee respects your privacy, and will
never sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Investee has been designed to protect your privacy by providing you with
privacy settings which you can configure accordingly.
On Investee, the relationship of members is divided into "degrees", whereby your "Connections" are in your 1st degree network, their "Connections" are then your "2nd degree contacts", and in your 2nd degree network. You can have up to 3rd degree contacts on Investee.
Your "Connections" are also your real life business contacts or friends, providing the foundation to build your professional network. The more your
"Connections", the more contacts you have in your Investee network. You can get introduced to these contacts through your "Connections" to expand
your network even further.
By inviting existing contacts to be Investee members, they will become your Connections. Their Connections will then be your 2nd degree contacts, and so on. You can learn more about your friends and contacts' professional background and watch how your network will grow exponentially with the more
friends you invite!
Step 1; complete your professional profile, so that people can get to know you. Moreover, your completed profile helps people know you're the right fit
and contact you.
Step 2; invite your friends, colleagues, and business partners to connect with you on Investee. Remember, the more your Connections, the more
people in your network.
Step three, take the initiative to expand your network，such as：
using the search function to find people who interest you；
sending a message to establish contact；
Building relationships through introduction requests.
Step 4; make full use of the communication tools on Investee. Share content on your microblog, increase interaction with your Connections, and be
active in groups.
Step 5; get to know other contacts through introductions. Friends' network is your valuable resource.
Investee members use their real identities. In order to protect members' privacy, most of Investee's services can only be used after signing in.
Reason 1: Your email has not been verified.
If you have completed the registration process and find that you cannot sign into Investee, it is highly likely that you have not verified the email address
you registered with. Please check the email that you registered with, and click on the verification link. Once your email has been verified, you will be able to sign into Investee.
If you registered on Investee through an invitation link, the email address where you received the invitation will automatically be used in the "registered
email" input field. If you do not change it and complete the registration process, you will not need to verify that email address.
Reason 2: The email address or password you entered is incorrect. Please check them, as well as whether they should be in uppercase/lowercase.
On Investee's homepage, click on “Forgot password"，enter the email you used to register on Investee, and then retrieve your password in your email.
Step 1, sign into Investee, click on "Settings -> Account Information Settings" at the top right of the home page.
Step 2, find "Change Password".
Step 3, follow the prompts accordingly and click "OK" to save changes.
Sign into Investee, click on "Settings -> Account Information Settings -> Change Email" at the top right of the home page, and then follow the prompts to change your email address.
Sign into Investee, click on "Settings -> Profile Settings" at the top right of the home page to edit your profile. You may then complete the "Basic
Information", "Career Summary", "Work Experience", "Education", and "Contact Information" sections.
You may also click on "Profile" from the navigation bar to view your profile in edit mode, and click on the appropriate links to edit specific sections.
Investee is a business social networking service built on real networking relationships. We advocate honesty while building your social network, and
believe that presenting yourself as whom you are will help you and others attain more opportunities.
Whether you are an entrepreneur or professional, once you complete your profile with real information, a member who conducts a search might be
interested in your expertise; would like to hire you; or wish to discuss business deals with your company. Presenting an honest and complete profile on Investee is thus key to achieving success.
If you want to get in contact with someone who isn't your connection yet, you may request for an introduction from a connection, or send this person a
message directly. When this person receives your introduction request or message, he/she will definitely want to find out more about you by viewing
your profile first before connecting with you. At this point, a true and complete profile will help you create a positive impression and increase your
Connections. On the other hand, if your profile is too simplistic, it will no doubt reduce your success rate of connecting with new contacts.
On Investee, your profile has privacy settings. You can set your contact information to be visible only to your Connections or a specific category. Your
complete profile is only visible up to Investee users.
Investee members can also create a "Public Profile" visible to all. You can set privacy settings for it, or disable "Public Profile" entirely.
Sign into Investee, click on "Settings -> Privacy Settings" at the top right of the home page. You may then change your privacy settings accordingly.
Change my profile picture
Sign into Investee, click on the "Profile" tab on the navigation bar, and then click on the "Edit" link in your profile page to upload or change your profile
picture.
"Work Experience" is your curriculum vitae, through which Investee members can obtain an initial understanding of your professional experience. You
can add many different work experiences.
Sign into Investee, click on the "Profile" tab on the navigation bar, find the section on Work Experience, click "Add Work Experience" to enter the Work
Experience you wish to include.
There are mandatory fields (company name, company size, job title, duration of employment) and optional information (company website, job overview, currently working there) to fill in for every work experience you add.
Please complete your Work Experience accordingly. You may also edit or delete a Work Experience.
"Education" is an overview of your educational background, through which Investee members can obtain an initial understanding of your education. You can add many different education qualifications.
Sign into Investee, click on the "Profile" tab on the navigation bar, find the Education section, and click on "Add Education" to enter the Education you
wish to include.
There are mandatory fields (school name, major, qualification, matriculation and graduation) and optional information (education overview) to fill in for
every education you add.
To set "Contact Information"
Sign into Investee, click on the "Profile" tab on the navigation bar, find the "Contact Information" section, and then click "Edit".
Alternatively, click on "Settings -> Profile Settings -> Contact Information" at the top right of the home page.
Contact information includes cell phone, business phone, home phone, and email address, instant messaging accounts (such as QQ, MSN, and
SKYPE etc.). Only your Connections can view your contact information (by default), and you can set custom privacy settings for every contact information
that you add.
To further protect your privacy, you can set custom privacy settings for every contact information you add.
On the Contact Information page, click on the drop-down menu after every contact information where you can set it as "Visible to Connections only",
"Visible to specific category only" or "Hide all".
Investee provides a full range of privacy protection for Contact Settings, Profile, Updates and Group Settings.
The current default privacy settings are: members can search for you, send you messages, and request for introductions; your profile and profile picture are visible to Investee members; and your list of Connections are visible to your Connections. Your public profile is visible to all Internet users.
Sign into Investee, click on “Settings -> Privacy Settings" at the top right of the home page to edit your privacy settings accordingly.
Sign into Investee, click on "Settings -> Privacy Settings -> Contact Settings" at the top right of the home page to edit settings.
"What advice would you give users considering to contact you?" should be filled in. Include comments on your availability, types of projects or
opportunities that interest you, and what information you’d like to see included in a request.
Sign into Investee, click on "Settings -> Privacy Settings -> Profile" at the top right of the home page to edit settings. You can set who you want your
profile to be visible to, and which section of your profile to be visible.
Sign into Investee, click on "Settings -> Privacy Settings -> Feeds" at the top right of the home page to edit settings. You can select which updates you
want to see on your home page.
Sign into Investee, click on “Settings -> Privacy Settings -> Group Settings" at the top right of the home page to edit settings. You can set custom privacy settings for each individual group.
After becoming an Investee member, inviting your contacts to join Investee is the first step to rapidly expand your network.
Sign into Investee, click on "Invite" at the top right of the home page. You will see the following 5 different ways to invite your contacts:
1.Easy cut-and-paste link—Every Investee member has a unique invitation link which you can use to invite your contacts via MSN, QQ, Yahoo!
Messenger and other instant messaging services. All your contacts have to do is click on the link to accept the invitation.
2. Enter email addresses to invite contacts — Enter each contact's name and email address, and Investee will send the invitations on your behalf. All
your contacts have to do is click on the link in their email to accept the invitation.
3. Select from email contacts—Investee will import your email contacts to the invitation list after you enter your email address and password. If any of
your imported contacts are already on Investee, you can add them as your Connections. You can then select the contacts you wish to invite from the list and Investee will send the invitations on your behalf. All your contacts have to do is click on the link in their email to accept the invitation.
4. Select from Windows Live Messenger ― Investee will import your Messenger contacts to the invitation list after you enter your Messenger email
address and password. If any of your imported contacts are already on Investee, you can add them as your Connections. You can then select the
contacts you wish to invite from the list and Investee will send the invitations on your behalf. All your contacts have to do is click on the link in their email
to accept the invitation.
5. Select from desktop email application ― Follow the prompts on the page to export the CSV or VCF file from mail clients such as Outlook or Foxmail,
and save it to a designated folder. You can then import that CSV or VCF file to Investee. If any of your imported contacts are already on Investee, you can add them as your Connections. You can then select the contacts you wish to invite from the list and Investee will send the invitations on your behalf. All
your contacts have to do is click on the link in their email to accept the invitation.
Sign into Investee, click on "Invite Contacts -> View Sent Invitations" at the top right of the home page to see if your contacts have accepted your
invitation.
Investee provides a powerful search function to help you find your business contact quickly and accurately.
Investee has a Quick Search at the top right of Investee's page where you can simply enter your key phrases, such as name , job title, company name,
school or major, job description etc.
Advanced search includes location, profession, groups joined, contact purposes and search parameters. You can enter these fields to get a more
precise search result.
You can update your status, share links and documents and initiate discussions on them.
In your home page, under "Network Updates" there is a "Featured" tab. You will see the following:
Your Connections' microblog updates, work updates, and their Connections and group updates
Microblog updates, groups and events of people you're following, discussions, events etc. from the group(s) you joined.
You can edit the type of updates you want to be displayed on your home page.
To ensure the quality of Investee groups, the group creation function is not available to Investee members yet. If you wish to create a group, please
contact us.
If your group application has been approved, sign into Investee and click on “Groups -> Create group", enter the required information and settings
accordingly (including group name, group profile, group plans, group type, membership method, etc.) to create group. You will automatically become
the group administrator.
If you wish to join an open group, all you need to do is click on Join below the group information, enter the reason you wish to join that group and
submit. You will become a member of the group once the group administrator approves.
If you wish to join an invite-only group, you will need to receive an invitation from a member of the group first.
Enter the home page of the group you wish to leave, and then click on "Leave Group".
Enter the homepage of the group you wish to invite connections to join, and then click on "Invite new member".
You can select who to invite from your existing Connections (limited to 20 invites), edit the invitation letter, and click "Send Invitation".
If you wish to invite contacts not on Investee yet, click "invite contacts not on Investee yet". There are two ways you can do this:
Method 1: Copy the generated link and send it to your friends via QQ, MSN, etc.
Method 2: Enter the email addresses of your contacts, edit the invitation letter, and send invitation.
You can view the latest activities in the group; post updates and share links and documents; post new topics and participate in discussions; organize
and join group events, as well as view the list of members in the group.
Messages are the most direct and effective communication method on Investee. Simply send a message to the Investee member you wish to contact.
Only connections can send messages to each other. You can use Investee Coins or upgrade your membership to send messages to members
beyond your 1st degree network.
Sign into Investee, click on "Messages -> Compose". Alternatively, you can go to the recipient's profile page and click "Send message".
Reason 1: You are not connected to the recipient. Messages can only be sent between connections in the 1st degree network. You can use Investee
Coins or upgrade your membership to send messages to members beyond your 1st degree network.
Reason 2: The recipient only accepts messages from his/her Connections. Therefore, you will not be able to send message to him/her until you two
are connected. Get introduced!
Reason 3: You have insufficient Investee Coins. You will need to top-up your Investee Coins before you can send messages.
Sign into Investee, click on "Messages -> Inbox" to view and manage your messages.
On the right sidebar of the Investee member's profile page, click on "Add to my Connections".
Select how you know that Investee member from the choices: "Classmate", "Colleague", "Business relationship" or "Other" where you will have to enter his/her email address for verification. You will need to choose the work experience or education where you know the member, and selecting "other" will require you to fill in the details, which will be added to your own profile at the same time.
Once the invitation to connect has been accepted, you two will be connected on Investee.
You and your 2nd and 3rd degree contacts can connect with each other through introductions by your Connections. Your introduction request will be
sent through the system and if accepted, you two will be connected. If the introduction request gets rejected by anyone along the way, the introduction
will be unsuccessful.
Step 1, on the profile page of the member you wish to connect with, click on the "Get introduced" link on the right.
Step 2, Investee will show you different introduction paths. Select the path you think will be most effective and click "Next".
Step 3, select contact type, and compose your request message. You may want to refer to the member's preferred type and method of contact to
increase your chances of being connected with him/her. Select "Share contact detail", and then compose a message to your connection, requesting for an introduction. Click "Request introduction" to complete the process.
Your Connections' updates will automatically show up on your home page, but you can also follow any Investee member.
On the member's profile page, click on "Follow this person" on the right, and you will be able to receive updates of this member's Microblog and group
updates on your homepage under "Network Updates".
To see who you're following, click on "Contacts -> Following". You can view "People I'm Following" and "My Followers", as well as stop following
someone.
In the process of using Investee, you may need to jot down information about a member, to serve as a reminder to yourself. For instance, how you got
to know this member, or how you should contact him, etc.
On the top of the right sidebar of other members' profile, there is a Memo field where you can edit as you wish.
Jufu Coins are the virtual currency used to buy certain services in Jufu.
Jufu users need to spend Jufu Coins to send a message or connection request to members beyond first degree Connections. Each message or
request costs 1 Jufu Coin.
Jufu users need to spend Jufu Coins to post event or job information on the Website. Each post costs 10 Jufu Coins.
Jufu users need to spend Jufu Coins to release investment projects or investment intentions on the Investee. Each post costs 100 Jufu Coins.
The each first 188 posts of investment projects, investment intentions, events and jobs are free.
You can obtain Jufu Coins in three ways:
1.Jufu members who complete their profile earn 10 Jufu Coins.
2.Jufu members who successfully invited their business contacts to join Investee, 1 Jufu Coin for each new members with the profile over 80%
complete.
3.Jufu users may also purchase Jufu Coins via Internet Banking or Alipay here. 1 Jufu Coin is equivalent to RMB 10.
Besides services provided for all registered users by Investee, premier members may also:
1.release maximum 10 investment projects or intentions; and
2.post maximum 50 events or jobs; and
3.Send maximum 100 messages or connection request to members beyond first degree Connections.
The Investee SNS Website is constantly developing new value-added service for premier members.
The annual premier membership fee is RMB 3,000; you may also pay in other convertible currencies. Investee members may log on the page “To
Purchase Jufu Coins” to purchase premier membership.
Sign into Investee, click on "Settings -> Account Information" at the top right of the home page, then click on "Premier membership". After payment is
made, you'll be able to enjoy Investee services as a premier member.
